​Provide guidance and social-emotional support: Through restorative practices, and mentoring, we will help young individuals navigate challenges, develop resilience, and make positive choices.
 

Prevent youth involvement in gangs and criminal activities: By offering targeted programs, such as the Summer Night Lights initiative, we will engage at-risk youth in productive activities, reclaim neighborhoods, and provide opportunities for transformation.
 

Promote strong family relationships and effective parenting by facilitating programs for teen and young parents, focusing on family bonding, practical parenting skills, and support for our youngest caregivers.
 

Support academic success and career readiness by offering tutoring, goal setting, homework assistance, college and career guidance, leadership development, and vocational training to equip youth for long term success.
 

Promote workforce development and employment opportunities: Through job/workforce development programs, job coaching, and employment support, we will equip participants with the skills and resources necessary to secure meaningful employment.
 

Facilitate restorative practice interventions: By partnering with schools, we will assist in the facilitation and training of restorative practices, supporting school staff in leading efforts to create a positive and inclusive school climate.
